With different grape varieties perfectly adapted to our alpine climate, we want to bring the character of Tyrol into the glass. Powerful, expressive and combined with an elegant longing for freedom – just like the legend that inspired our winery.

Our viticulture follows the rhythm of nature. We observe the weather, the soils and the seasons in the Tyrolean Inn Valley attentively, giving the vines the time they need for healthy development. We use crop protection deliberately and only where it is truly necessary. To us, sustainability is not a goal you reach once, but an attitude that accompanies every task in the vineyard.

Marketing is not our priority. What matters far more is the quality of the vines, a mindful approach to the land and wines that honestly show their origin. That is why we seek exchange with neighbouring farmers and winemakers, share experience and knowledge, and remain curious and open to learning.

In the coming years, the vineyard is to grow to 750 vines with passion, dedication and respect for nature – a project of the Stainer and Knapp families from Wattens.
