Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed on the LA WALLY Wein website and when you get in touch with us.

Austria
Email: lawally@stainer.tirol

For questions about data protection and to exercise your rights, you can contact us at this email address.

2. Provision of the website

Our website is provided via PageWeave / Webhafen. PageWeave is operated by TFM – Tobias Philipp Feistmantl, 6060 Hall in Tyrol, Austria. According to its own information, PageWeave uses servers of Hetzner Online GmbH within the European Union.

When you access the website, technical connection data is processed, in particular your IP address, the time of access, the page requested and the information transmitted by your browser. This serves to deliver the website, to troubleshoot errors and to protect against abusive access.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Actual storage period of the technical server logs

According to PageWeave, the technical server logs (page views) are deleted after 90 days.

3. Visitor statistics without cookies

PageWeave compiles server-side statistics on the use of the website. This includes evaluating page views, the referring website, approximate geographic information and the duration of the visit. To distinguish between visits, a pseudonymous identifier that changes daily is generated from the IP address, browser identifier and date. According to PageWeave, the IP address itself is not stored permanently in the visitor statistics.

The individual statistics records are deleted after 90 days. Aggregated statistics without personal reference may be retained for longer.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding the use of our website and improving our offering, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The standard features of PageWeave do not use cookies on publicly accessible pages. The visitor statistics also work without cookies.

4. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the contact details you provide, the content of your message and the technical data required for transmission. We use this data to process and answer your enquiry.

Form enquiries are transmitted via the technical infrastructure of PageWeave / Webhafen to our email mailbox at Hoststar. Hoststar processes the emails in order to receive, store and send our correspondence.

The legal basis for general enquiries is our legitimate interest in handling them pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your enquiry relates to a contract or to pre-contractual measures you request, processing takes place pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Providing your data is voluntary and, for general enquiries, is neither legally nor contractually required. Without the necessary information about your request, however, and without a reachable contact address, we cannot answer your enquiry.

We delete the enquiries stored by us and the associated correspondence as soon as they are no longer needed for processing, including related follow-up questions. If statutory retention obligations apply, we retain the data concerned for the legally prescribed period; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.

5. Recipients of the data

The service providers used for hosting, form processing and email receive the data required to provide their services. These include PageWeave/TFM, Webhafen, the data centre providers involved and Hoststar.

The providers make further information available in their privacy notices:

6. Your rights

Under the statutory conditions, you have the right of access to your personal data as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.

Where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.

To exercise your rights, you can contact us at lawally@stainer.tirol.
